FIT GYM & MORE offers you fitness equipment, weight room, shower/sauna/hot tub, as well as tanning and racquetball. We offer Aerobics and on-site massage services. Babysitting is offered during select times.

We have gone through the gym and made a lot of changes which we think you will like. Security cameras and improved outside and inside lighting as well as hot tubs for both the Men's and Women's locker rooms are just a few.

FIT GYM & MORE is an independently owned facility. We are not part of any "chain"; we are independent and we pride ourselves in that. We have exceptional people working at the gym and we all strive to make this little part of Conroe an invigorating, fun, and exciting place to be. We hope the entire community will join us in doing just that.
